In 2025, Guangzhou Nandun Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with SIPM Software to implement the SIPM/PLM solution, achieving the following objectives:Institutionalizing the company’s project management processes using built-in project management tools;Enhancing 3D design standards and specifications integrated within PLM to ensure standardization and consistency of engineering drawing data at its source;
Establishing a unified product management model centered on the Bill of Materials (BOM) to enable precise association and management of technical documentation;Integrating PLM with ERP to streamline information flow and ensure effective data exchange between systems;Building an enterprise knowledge management system to systematically capture knowledge, issues, and lessons learned across all stages of the product lifecycle—enabling reuse of existing knowledge in future designs of similar products, thereby improving design efficiency and reducing recurring errors.

As the adoption of SIPM/PLM deepens at Guangzhou Nandun—with expanding management scope and a growing number of users—the company recently purchased additional licenses to onboard more employees and business processes into the system.
