In 2022, iFLYTEK Co., Ltd. signed a contract with SIPM Software to leverage SIPM/PLM for standardizing R&D data and ensuring controllable processes. The successful implementation of the PLM system has deeply integrated advanced design concepts and methodologies: product data completeness is managed through project management; product data traceability is achieved via process and change management; and a comprehensive knowledge management module has been established to facilitate knowledge accumulation and inheritance at iFLYTEK. Furthermore, the system is deeply integrated with various IT platforms, including ERP, PTS, POMP, and iFlytek's internal systems. This has completely resolved all pain points identified during the initial project research, improving the accuracy, timeliness, and modifiability of data transmission between R&D and back-end operations, thereby boosting overall efficiency. Throughout the entire product design process, digitalized and networked collaborative design and manufacturing have been realized, comprehensively elevating the R&D capabilities and efficiency. Following the successful application of SIPM/PLM at iFLYTEK, the system was introduced to its subsidiary, Anhui TaoCloud Technology Co., Ltd., in 2024, further expanding its application scope.

Recently, iFLYTEK renewed its after-sales service contract with SIPM Software for the period from 2026 to 2028. This ensures the stable operation of the enterprise's R&D management platform and maximizes the driving force of the PLM system in the company's ongoing development.
