By enhancing three key areas—the after-sales issue resolution system, knowledge sharing system, and training system—Sipu helps customers continuously unlock the full potential of their systems and management processes.
Leveraging the powerful workflow engine of SIPM/PLM, Sipu Software’s after-sales department has, over more than ten years and through over a dozen continuous improvements, refined its after-sales issue handling process. With dedicated senior consultants assigned to after-sales support, Sipu has successfully established a service system where customers can submit issues online, track the entire resolution process transparently, and formally close issues themselves. This system has raised the monthly issue closure rate to over 95%, ensuring sustained and reliable system utilization for customers.

Since 2012, Sipu Software has leveraged the knowledge management capabilities of SIPM/PLM to establish a systematic framework for employee knowledge accumulation and sharing, building a rich repository of PLM application knowledge. Starting in 2016, this knowledge base has been fully opened to customers within their effective maintenance period, enabling all eligible customers to search and utilize the knowledge resources, thereby reducing knowledge transfer costs and significantly improving knowledge dissemination efficiency.
Sipu’s continuous after-sales training not only enhances customers’ software application skills but also fosters the exchange of management and application experiences among different clients. The After-sales Department conducts 10 to 12 training sessions annually, all delivered in small-class formats that emphasize a combination of learning, hands-on experience, and knowledge sharing—earning high praise from all participants.

Recently, more than ten customers—including Baolong Automotive (Anhui Plant), Bosda Shares, Ningbo Hongyu, Henan Weihua, Fuchun Spring, Shuangliang Automotive Components, Huilian Machinery, Hengli Tai, Zhejiang Jiake, Magang Rail Transit, Shanghai Huichi, Xigema, and Ningbo Weishang—have renewed their SIPM/PLM after-sales service agreements, continuing to unlock the application and management value of SIPM/PLM.
