Sipu Software’s collaboration with Denso began in 2022 with Denso(Nansha)Co.,Ltd.(DMNS),focusing on building a digitalized Shōjun(Production Preparation)platform.Based on Sipu’s standard PLM system,Sipu successfully developed a high-quality,highly secure,and cost-effective Shōjun system that made significant contributions to DMNS’s inter-departmental digital transformation(DX).By visualizing and streamlining Shōjun operations—including new product launches,design changes,and process changes—the system addressed long-standing issues such as information asymmetry caused by decentralized management and inefficiencies stemming from manual processes.This enabled unified,standardized,and transparent Shōjun operations,achieving measurable results:a 30%increase in operational efficiency,zero omissions in product project execution,and 100%assurance of information security in system operations.These accomplishments laid a solid foundation for DMNS’s DX initiatives.The success of the“Sipu base platform+Denso customized enhancements”approach earned high recognition from Denso International China Holdings(DICH).In 2024,this solution was horizontally deployed across multiple Denso entities,including DICH,DMGZ,TDS,DMWX,and DMVN,with active efforts underway to expand it globally—thereby enhancing the entire Denso Group’s DX capabilities.

Recently,Denso(Tianjin)Air Conditioning Components Co.,Ltd.signed a contract with Sipu Software for the implementation of a PLM-based Shōjun system.Leveraging Sipu’s proven platform and industry expertise,combined with Denso’s outstanding corporate culture and management foundation,both parties will jointly develop an advanced Shōjun information system tailored to Denso’s needs.
