In 2023, Sute Automation signed a contract with Sipu Software. Through the implementation of the PLM system, the project team reviewed and optimized Sute’s business operations and design & development processes. Focusing on data management, document management, workflow management, change management, and knowledge management, the company established standardized and normalized data practices to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of product and business data. This initiative helped reduce product costs, improve R&D efficiency, and ultimately achieve integration between R&D and manufacturing, full product lifecycle management, and product modularization.The PLM implementation enabled effective product data management, coding management, and knowledge management. Additionally, supporting resource databases were developed, standardizing and normalizing all enterprise data. Technical documentation for R&D is now centrally controlled, with printing and distribution uniformly sourced from the system to ensure data integrity and traceability.

Recently, Sute has launched an SIPM/PLM optimization and upgrade project to leverage Sipu Software’s latest advancements in technology and management research, providing ongoing momentum for continuous improvement in Sute’s R&D management.
