It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and application services of metal anti-rust protective materials, primarily based on volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) products. The company has over 600 employees and holds an AAA credit rating. It has established 11 branches/subsidiaries nationwide, built five major production bases in Shenyang, Ningbo, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, as well as two research centers, forming a nationwide R&D-production-sales system. Its annual output of various anti-rust packaging materials reaches nearly 40,000 tons, with products exported to more than 30 countries and regions.

In 2022, Shenyang Anti-rust signed a contract with SIPM to establish an enterprise R&D management platform using SIPM/PLM. The successful implementation of the SIPM/PLM system achieved centralized online management of all documents and formula schemes throughout the product development process. This facilitated rapid data queries for designers, significantly improving their work efficiency and providing the R&D department with a standardized business management platform. It greatly reduced management costs caused by inconsistent information from design to production in product development and project management.

Recently, Shenyang Anti-rust identified more profound informatization needs. Consequently, both parties engaged in deeper cooperation, signing a contract for additional new modules and deepening applications to meet the company's growing requirements.

The company has participated in drafting and formulating 12 national standards and 4 military specifications, obtained 70 national patents, and had multiple new product projects included in the Spark Program and the National Torch Program.
