By designing different project templates according to various R&D management processes, the company has standardized its R&D workflows. The implementation enables timely and effective visual management of personnel participation, task assignment, and completion status, thereby enhancing R&D efficiency.The new methods for managing product data and technical drawings significantly improve convenience for all users when querying drawings and other data, further boosting R&D productivity. Seamless integration between design software and PLM ensures consistency between drawings, material information, and BOM data. The standardization and visual tracking of engineering change processes make changes controllable and traceable. Additionally, knowledge base management facilitates the accumulation and real-time sharing of corporate knowledge, laying a solid foundation for future improvements in R&D efficiency. System integration reduces management costs caused by information inconsistencies from design to production, truly achieving the goal of enterprise informatization management.

Recently, driven by the company’s vigorous business development and the successful application of the SIPM/PLM system, Songz Shares proceeded to purchase additional SIPM/PLM usage nodes to meet the needs of more departments and personnel.
