In 2025, Guangdong Zhonghai Wantai Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the SIPM/PLM system to rebuild its product R&D management platform. Through the successful implementation of this PLM project, Zhonghai Wantai deeply integrated advanced design concepts and methodologies. By utilizing process and change management, the company achieved full traceability of product data. As a one-stop, high-end large-scale manufacturing and service enterprise integrating equipment manufacturing, final product assembly, testing, and maintenance, Zhonghai Wantai specializes in the precision manufacturing of instruments for oil exploration and development. The company operates five major workshops covering precision machining, special processes, automated inspection, testing, and final assembly. It is equipped with over 200 large-scale, high-precision CNC machines, including imported 5-axis simultaneous machining centers, mill-turn composite machining centers, and domestically customized CNC equipment.
