On June 7, 2025, at the Dawulong Scenic Area in Pingwang, Suzhou, light rain had just cleared, leaving the air fresh and crisp. Twenty-three new employees of SIPM arrived at the campsite full of anticipation, embarking on a two-day onboarding and team-building journey. Over the next 48 hours, they would push beyond their limits, forge strong team bonds, and deeply experience the unique charm of SIPM’s corporate culture.

At 10 a.m., the event officially kicked off. Under the guidance of trainers, the new employees quickly broke the ice and split into two energetic teams.


Even though the weather was uncooperative—with intermittent heavy rain—the participants’ enthusiasm remained undiminished. During the "trust fall" challenge, team members overcame their psychological barriers and fully entrusted their bodies to their teammates. Each steady catch powerfully embodied the very essence of "trust," laying a solid foundation for teamwork and collaboration.


The afternoon’s challenges moved indoors, where sparks of creativity continued to fly. The “Island Rescue” activity vividly simulated a complex workplace scenario, helping participants deeply realize that clear goal setting, smooth information flow, and accurate prioritization of tasks are the essential keys to solving tough problems and achieving efficient collaboration.


The subsequent pickleball challenge ignited everyone’s competitive spirit. From a brief introductory session—where participants quickly progressed from unfamiliarity to proficiency—to the intense team and individual matches, every swing, every diving save, and every high-five after scoring reinforced the core value that “team honor comes above all,” deeply embedding it in their hearts.


As evening fell, the training reached a pivotal moment of intellectual and cultural elevation. General Manager Ying Sihong personally attended the session, delivering a profound and engaging corporate culture seminar for the new hires. Mr. Ying not only reaffirmed SIPM’s grand vision—to become a world-class provider of enterprise management innovation and digital solutions, leading globally in thought, products, service, quality, and talent—but also provided an in-depth interpretation of SIPM’s core values: Service, Innovation, People, and Management (the acronym “SIPM” itself).
He emphasized that every new employee embodies the future of SIPM, encouraging them to continuously learn, take initiative, and boldly innovate amid a rapidly changing environment. This session anchored a clear spiritual compass for the newcomers, instilling in them a deep sense of belonging and mission.



The second day’s activities unfolded with intellect and creativity. The “Simulated Market” game was intense and fast-paced. Team members raced against the clock, brainstorming strategies to formulate the optimal plan within a limited timeframe, fiercely competing for customers and market share—gaining firsthand experience of the speed and strategic thinking required in real-world market decision-making.


In the “Future SIPM” creative building activity, each new employee became an architect of dreams. LEGO bricks in their hands were transformed into endless possibilities, ultimately converging into a “City of SIPM’s Future” that embodied the collective aspirations of the group. As the symbolic train of hope whistled to life, triggering a mechanism that sent dazzling confetti soaring into the air, thunderous applause erupted across the venue—marking not only a perfect conclusion to the team-building program but also signifying the newcomers’ heartfelt commitment and unwavering confidence in shaping SIPM’s bright future.





A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step—and the future holds great promise. Although the two-day team-building program has come to a close, the journey of SIPM’s new members has only just begun. Armed with forged team spirit, deep cultural alignment, and boundless innovative energy, they have now returned to their respective roles. This shared experience and the insights gained will surely transform into powerful momentum for overcoming challenges and driving progress in their future work.
