Since implementing the SIPM/PLM system in 2011, Shanghai Fleetguard has embedded its refined quality management system into the product development process, establishing an effective product data model and truly achieving efficient management of R&D processes, R&D data, and R&D personnel. As the company rapidly expanded, Shanghai Fleetguard increased the number of concurrent users of SIPM’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system multiple times—in 2013, 2016, and 2018—to accommodate the growing R&D team and meet the increasing demand from other departments for quick access to product information.

Over time, the application of SIPM/PLM at Shanghai Fleetguard has become increasingly deep-rooted, with its scope of management expanding and user base continuously growing.
