The successful deployment of the PLM system enabled the company to streamline and standardize its product development processes, integrate design software interfaces, ensure consistency between 3D models and BOM structure trees, and realize modular design—allowing standard components to be directly referenced and assembled within design software, thereby significantly increasing part reuse rates.Furthermore, the PLM system was integrated with the ERP system via a bidirectional interface, enabling rapid and automatic synchronization of BOM data from PLM to ERP.
