On May 16, 2026, SIPM Software organized a unique and engaging outdoor team-building event aimed at enhancing team cohesion and strengthening communication and collaboration among new employees. The activity attracted enthusiastic participation from all new hires and was a resounding success.
The event was held at Guli Hongdou Manor, a picturesque location nestled among lush hills and clear waters, offering fresh air and an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The day began with warm-up exercises and ice-breaking team games led by professional coaches, which quickly helped participants connect with one another and fostered a positive, energetic team atmosphere.

After the ice-breaking session, the activities officially kicked off with the first challenge: "The Trust Grid." A crisscrossing rope net stood before the team. Time and again, participants lifted each other up—only to face repeated setbacks and failures. In the end, only a few managed to make it through, struggling against the odds. Yet not a single complaint was heard. After every fall, they rose again—with even more determined eyes. Though the grid physically blocked their passage, it could not divide their spirits. For those who didn’t make it across, the cheers and applause from their teammates never ceased.

The "High-Altitude Broken Bridge" challenge pushed many employees to their psychological limits. Standing at one end of a narrow platform suspended high above the ground, each participant had to confront their inner fear and take that courageous leap across the gap. With unwavering encouragement and support from their teammates, every individual ultimately overcame their hesitation and completed the challenge. This was not only a test of personal courage but also a powerful demonstration of the trust, support, and collective strength fostered within the team.
