In 2022, Datong Baofu joined hands with SIPM and subsequently purchased additional user licences, using SIPM/PLM to integrate design and process data with SAP. The successful implementation has raised the level of the company's product management and improved the management of design and R&D. Through the integrated management of its structural design software and process design software with the PLM system, the standardisation and consistency of product design data are ensured. The company has progressively improved the efficiency of product management and of design and R&D, enhanced R&D quality and reduced product development costs, while the confidentiality of data has also been strengthened. The entire design process — from requirements, products and design to items, drawings and documents — is now brought under centralised online management, allowing designers to retrieve data quickly and thus greatly improving their working efficiency.

After several years of stable operation, Datong Baofu has decided once again to expand the application of SIPM/PLM, purchasing additional licences to meet its actual development needs.

Dart-Rich(Hunan)Fan Co.,Ltd.specializes in the manufacturing of small-sized high-efficiency fans and regional supporting services.It mainly meets the demands for ventilation,dust removal,drying,material conveying and local cooling in light industry(textile machinery,grain&oil food machinery,drying,environmental protection,papermaking,printing and dyeing,etc.),as well as ventilation,dust removal and gas transmission requirements in related heavy industry fields.It gives full play to the production capacity coordination advantages between eastern and central&western regions,and further improves the service response capability.
