Denso (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and primarily engages in the manufacturing and sales of motor components.Address: No. 7277 Jiangdong 3rd Road, Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou.
SIPM’s collaboration with Denso began in 2022 with Denso (Nansha) Co., Ltd. (DMNS) on the development of a digital Shōjun (Production Readiness) platform. Based on SIPM’s standard PLM system, SIPM Software successfully delivered a high-quality, highly secure, and cost-effective Shōjun system, making significant contributions to DMNS’s inter-departmental digital transformation (DX).Building upon enhanced visibility and efficiency in Shōjun operations—including new product launches, design changes, and process changes—the solution addressed longstanding challenges such as information asymmetry caused by fragmented management and inefficiencies from manual processes. It enabled unified, standardized, and fully visualized Shōjun workflows, achieving remarkable results:30% improvement in operational efficiency、Zero omissions in product project execution、100% assurance of information security in system operations。This laid a solid foundation for DMNS’s DX initiatives. The project—combining SIPM’s robust platform with Denso’s tailored business requirements—was highly recognized by Denso (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (DICH). Starting in 2024, the successful model has been horizontally deployed across multiple Denso entities, including DICH, DMGZ, TDS, DMWX, DMVN, DMTT, and Denso (Changzhou), with ongoing efforts to expand globally and enhance the entire Denso Group’s DX capabilities.
Recently, Denso (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. signed a contract with SIPM Software for the horizontal deployment of the Shōjun system. Leveraging SIPM’s foundational platform and industry expertise, together with Denso’s outstanding corporate culture and strong management practices, both parties will jointly build an advanced Shōjun information system.
